After dedicating his 35-year career to automated services, parcel and logistics, Tom rejoined DA. He is a proven leader developing relationships with internal and external customers. His strength is implementing strategic plans that drive business results and organizational transformation.
Michael Kuball
CFO
Michael has 20 years experience in various Finance and Accounting functions for international companies. His experience includes financial reporting, analysis and oversight, inventory control, forecasting and budgeting, acquisitions and contract analysis as well as management of all other disciplines of accounting and finance.
Jeromy Hofmeister
VP of Operations
Jeromy Hofmeister has built a 25-year career that began in project engineering and has evolved into project management and operations leadership. His extensive experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the technical and managerial aspects of engineering projects. Jeromy is known for his strategic vision and ability to drive operational excellence, along with a passion for inspiring and empowering others to achieve their best. This blend of expertise and mentorship makes him a respected leader in his field and an asset to DA as Vice President of Operations.

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Chip has been an integral part of the company for 6.5 years. Starting his career with DA right out of college as a Project Manager, he has now been serving as an Operations Manager for about 2 years.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has demonstrated his expertise in overseeing multiple projects, leading teams, and enhancing operational efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, good food, and occasionally cooking.
